Each side crossbar is 8'H x 27.5'L x 1'W, the central crossbar is 43'L x 1'W, each stand bar is 41.25'L x 1'W and each base is 9.5'H x 23'L x 3.25'W. The screw size is 1.5'L x 0.25'W and the nut size is 0.75'L x 0.25' (hole diameter). It's easy to assemble and disassemble, and the parts are labeled with letter stickers.
