There are two easy installation methods as shown in the item pictures. The top part is 10.25' in height, with a top/base diameter of 11.75' | 3.5' and a depth of 10.25'. The middle part is 4.75' in height, with a top/base diameter of 7.25' | 3'. The bottom part is 9.25' in height, with a top diameter of 2.75' and a base size of 9'L x 9'W and a base depth of 9'. Each order includes two planter urns, so there are a total of 6 parts. There is no instruction manual, but setup is easy as the top has a twist - lock for secure assembly.
